faulty air conditioning small fan
The breakfast was acceptable. It featured a decent variety of items.
The air conditioning barely functioned. I asked for it to be repaired, but nothing happened. I was given a small fan after repeated requests. I did not receive any compensation for three nights of poor sleep.

warm welcome helpful staff excellent location town square
the staff welcomed me warmly! they attended to my needs throughout my stay. the hotel staff kindly helped me warm baby milk every night. the hotel is within walking distance to the main town square.
The wi-fi signal was a bit weak in my room. It only affected streaming for a short time, but i wish it was stronger.

The breakfast offered a diverse selection. I especially enjoyed the Turkish pastries. The rooftop eating area provided views of both the sea and the city. It was a nice setting for morning meals. Staff members were always available, I found them very helpful with directions. I noticed the bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the building. It made transportation easy.
The room was a bit smaller than what I am used to.

The hotel enjoys a central position, with Ismetpasha a short walk away. I estimate about ten minutes. Its location makes for easy access from the airport. I also noted it is situated en route to Kemer.

Really good Service in Central Location!

The staff provided Very nice assistance with every request. The location is perfect, it's an EASY walk to the town square. The triple room I had was very spacious, and the bathroom suited my family well (plenty of space!).
A minor issue, I think two cards for each room will be helpful. I experienced the inconvenience of leaving my phone to charge and not having a card to take with me because it is needed for electricity.

The hotel has a central location. It's a ten minute walk from Ismetpasha. It's easy to reach from the airport. (Great for a weary traveler!). A bus stop IS right in front of the hotel, very practical.

noisy air conditioning stale fruit
I wasn't too thrilled about a couple things. the air conditioning made some noise. It wasn't a quiet hum. also, i thought the breakfast was just okay. the juice seemed watered down, and the fruit wasn't very fresh. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
